What we collect
- Account details such as name, email, brokerage or team, and plan information.
- Listing photos and related metadata you choose to upload, such as listing name, photo labels, and enhancement selections.
- Technical data needed to run the service, such as device type, app version, crash logs, and approximate usage events.
- Support messages and emails you send to us.
How we use information
- To upload, process, enhance, store, and export listing photos you request.
- To run quality checks such as resolution, tilt, exposure, structure preservation, and export review status.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability.
- To communicate about early access, support, billing, safety notices, and product updates.
Listing photos and disclosure
CurbPix is designed for photo enhancement, not misrepresentation. You are responsible for complying with MLS rules, broker policies, state law, and disclosure duties. Do not upload private medical, financial, employment, relationship, or identifying information unrelated to the listing workflow.
Sharing
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, email, and payment processing. Those providers may process information only to provide their service to CurbPix. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and listing data while your account is active or as needed for service, safety, legal, and billing purposes. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@curbpix.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed to prevent fraud.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password, keep your device updated, and do not share account credentials.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@curbpix.com. You can opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
Children
CurbPix is for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. If changes are material, we will post the updated policy and update the effective date.
