Terms of Service
These terms govern early access and use of CurbPix. Final launch terms may replace this page.
1. The service
CurbPix helps agents upload listing photos, run enhancement and quality checks, review before/after results, and export listing-ready files. Some features may be in beta and may change, break, or be removed.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have rights or permission to upload and edit the photos you submit.
- You must review final exports before posting, sharing, or submitting them to any MLS, portal, client, or advertising channel.
- You must not use CurbPix to misrepresent a property, remove permanent defects, add permanent features, alter room dimensions, or deceive buyers, renters, clients, platforms, or reviewers.
- You are responsible for complying with MLS rules, broker policies, fair housing rules, advertising law, disclosure duties, and privacy law.
3. Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful content, content you lack rights to use, private sensitive information unrelated to a listing, or content intended to harass, discriminate, manipulate, or defraud. Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
4. AI and quality limits
AI output can be wrong. CurbPix uses quality gates and human final review prompts, but we do not guarantee that every output is accurate, compliant, or suitable for publication. You remain the final decision-maker.
5. Accounts and billing
You are responsible for activity under your account. Paid plans, if offered, will be disclosed before purchase. Taxes, refunds, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in the app store purchase flow.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to photos you upload, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service. CurbPix retains rights in the app, website, software, branding, and service technology.
7. Feedback
If you send feedback, we may use it to improve the service without obligation to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurbPix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost listings, lost goodwill, or data loss.
10. Changes and contact
